This is a faulty PDK.
Porsche PDK selector sensor fault, can't drive, the gearbox has no function.

I'm having this issue - sometimes on start up and sometimes gets stuck in 4th trying to enter 5th (limp mode) - took it to porsche and said the sensor is broke, but transmission is fine - Porsche are unable to replace distance sensor, so unfortunately it's costing a new gear box

your hood is open or the trunk is visible on the video that your hood is open, so they tell you to put it in P

this is due to a trans fault, go to your nearest porsche dealer.

@@franklinuzoukwu2165 forums do say it can lead to a new trans because it is a sensor that lives in the trans and needs replacement, so the car goes into some form of a limp mode where it doesn't want to drive, however, if this isn't the case, it could be a software issue, since the pdk is a software dependent trans, and as said before, send the car to your local porsche dealer and they can resolve the pdk issue for you, hope this helps👍
