I have stayed at this Hotel many times, almost always on the 17th floor with those amazing views, and would unreservedly recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing Holiday in Benidorm. The Staff are always very friendly & helpful, which cannot be said of every Hotel I have stayed in. Only small niggle are those Lifts, they can be a little temperamental at peak [Meal] times. Talking of Meals, the Food here is always very good. I've never had a Meal that I didn't enjoy. The Beach is less than 5 mins away and a 10min stroll brings you onto the main drag [dubbed British Street]. Hope to be back soon [have a couple of Cruises to get through first though 😅]. Book it, you wont be sorry.

Came here in 2018 coming back in October this year 2023.loved it here. Always wanted to come back to this hotel, so really looking forward to it. Thank you for video 😊

Hi Ana, great video yet again. We stayed at the Port Benidorm in May this year and we were very impressed with the Hotel. Everything was " Spot on " as we English say.❤

Amazing and music only gets 3 out of 10.

Stayed here last October..spotlessly clean..but them bloody lifts are a nightmare..Food was ok not the best..pool area very spacious..drinks by the pool were better than the bar..Stayed in 3stars with much better food and drink..

The music was similar to you get in lifts. The wardrobe space seems after thought

We were allowed to look around last year. The only thing we didn’t like was all the white walls making it look clinical and the glass doors for the bathroom

Do they allow day pass in this hotel can we use pool / spa and bar if we're not staying there?

Stopped there last new year Anna the hotel and rooms were very nice, unfortunately the food was definitely 2star will be back in Servigroup this year.😢
