@@andyc6542 Yes it is an audit. The entire aim on an audit is to film any pubic place to see whether you're stopped for doing a legal activity. The conversation with any security guard, staff or police should last no longer than 30 seconds unless the police use the terrorism act. "What are you doing" "Photographing for a hobby/story/youtube" "OK thanks, bye" As soon as you give your reason, unless you say I'm here because I'm a terrorist the conversation should end. When it doesn't end you're rights are immediately infringed upon. Maybe you're happy to have your rights abused. I don't want any other cars on the road when I'm driving, but it's the law that anyone with a driving license, insurance and suitable vehicle can drive. Is it fine for me to pull over other cars and ask them why they're driving? And when they say I'm going to the shop, just ignore that and continue asking the same question. No it isn't.

"The Port of Tilbury Police is one of the oldest land Police force in the UK being established in 1802. Up until the 1960’s the force was the third largest in the country. Today the Port of Tilbury Police consists of fifteen warranted officers who are privately funded by Forth Ports." The Sergeant was great, very knowledgeable and helpful.

great interaction , the guy apologized , he clearly thought he was right but was man enough to apologize when he was corrected , more than you will get from most officers , the sergeant was professional and knew his stuff , this is how every interaction should be :)

The Sarg is an asset to the British Police force so if you're by chance watching this, I can only say that, I wish that the force was made up of people with the high level of training and professionalism that you have maintained. You family should be proud of you

Brilliant, well done for telling him off for speaking like that to the truck driver.

Another goodun' AB The BEST & most professional Sergeant I've ever seen in all the hundreds of audits I've watched, so they are out there, Also credit to the older copper, who was able to overcome his own ego & apologise, with that one act he totally redeemed himself. I think he genuinely only tried to do what he BELIEVED to be correct & in all honesty compared to many, never at anytime became really frighteningly out of control type hostile as so many regularly do. Just my own personal opinion & if you disagree, fair enough, I respect that.
