Man I never get sick of the sound those Macs make. Your channel is by far the best chainsaw/axe/ woodsman show on KZfaq. Well done Buckin👍

The saws were great at running and cutting the tree slices. I'm sure we will see the saws again. Love your excitement when you opened the box and saw the fuel lines. Then you pulled out a saw and there came the kid in you out to get all excited lol. Love it! Welcome new subscribers! Hope you all have a great day!

Sweet! I grew up on a Old mac 7-10 with no chain brake! I’m only 35 so it was old when we got it. Dad was too sick to run it, so I learned to fell trees on the property with my dad beside me. A teenager and a Mac! Almost got my leg once or twice. Those were the days.
@etaalso-charles94175 жыл бұрын
Man, I miss that sound!
@etaalso-charles94175 жыл бұрын
No AV on that 7-10 though. Hands will be sore and the curl will begin... is that why I have arthritis at 35??? Lol.

I bought my 710 right after I got out of high school. That was 43 years ago. Loved that saw. Ran it over 20 years.

I just want to say thank you Billy! I really got into small engine repair not long ago and it taught me hands down the chainsaw was my favorite toy. After finding your channel, I fell in love with these old Mcculloch saws. Not only are they built like tanks, it's a real mans saw! No plastic to be found! I look for one every day because of you. Anyways excellent channel. Better than anything I've seen on youtube in a longgg time. Content is always spot on!

Awesome to see you get a 7-10. I have a 7-10a I acquired a month or so ago. Been waiting on a bar, and like everyone else been looking high and low for a full wrap which being left handed makes things a world easier when running the saw. Picked up a super 250 full wrap I found hoping it might be close but too many dimensions were off and dont wont to butcher the wrap handle. Excited to see this run! Cheers!

I feel like I’m cheating on my old jersey pattern axe B.r. As you know we had a theft here at the home place and my axes were part of the scumbags haul. My oldest and middle daughters who lives in Spokane Washington bought me a fiskers comp-pro splitting axe on amazon and had it shipped to me for Christmas. I must say,it’s a damn fine splitting axe. The handle is hollow and it flexes like a hickory handle. It’s no jersey or Hudson axe but for the time being untill funds allow to purchase another proper axe it will serve the porpoise of splitting wood and banging wedges. Love the video,what’s not to love about hot rodded classic saws? I have a 60s blue homie super xl automatic that has a bad cylinder. I ordered a cylinder for it and I’m gonna have it ported and I’m gonna swap out the steel reeds for modern fiber stock for a smaller 2 stroke dirt bike. Hopefully can’t get some more rpms out of the old girl. Be kind friends. Lots of love from western Maryland buckin.
