They had cameras and still that didn't help and the prisoner wasn't even cuffed. My, My, My. They caught this escape by a video camera and that still didn't help. That guy was quick and the cops were busy trying to open the garage door. The funny thing was is that there was a dog that followed the officers and the dog was slower than the officers.
