Ω About the story:
There are so many things good about games from graphic, gameplay, … and music is one of them.
It is the music that makes you hyped in the climax of the game and makes you silenced in sad moments; those music themes will never be forgotten (for example: Assassin creed Ezio Family, Mario theme, God of War main menu, whoever that can not know any of these as a gamer ?).
I hope playing them on the piano will bring you the NOSTALGIA of good old times. The melodies that are struck with us long ago, I want to help bring it out.

Ω About the arrangement:
This is one of the 3 songs (God of War) that make me realize my true love for Game OST. The songs from various games have been in my mind, now I just need to put them on the piano. And it is the easiest among the three so I decided to arrange it first and it turns out that this is one of the beginning OST in God of War III after all, a l l p l a n n e d.
I didn't take it long to arrange this piece, thought cultivating it consumes a bit of time during my practice for the recording. But the most exciting and challenging part of this video is the Death of Poseidon song (starts from the moment Poseidon's Death cutscene begins). The original song only has the choir and the string instruments as the major. There is no drum beat or clear sound of the bass/chords so I have to work out for the left hand pattern. And I realized that to illustrate the "wall of choirs and strings", arpeggio is the best way. I am no more contented for this ending. Truly powerful and luckily match with the cutscene almost perfectly. To be honest my tempo always fluctuates but I guess this time I am really into it so yeah, well played.
Death of Poseidon is actually derived from End of Vengeance, which plays whenever an Olympian God dies. I will make sure to play this piece alone.
There are flaws and mistakes, please take it easy on me because I’m new and there are a lot of things to carry. Yes that first one, finger run 0:18 and I gave up on that, I am SORRY. Here's the reason: It is an honor for someone like me to be able to use the Fazioli F-278. But to be honest I feel quite uncomfortable playing it, the keys are really heavy so it is hard to get used to it in just a few hours. I guess grand piano is really at a different state if it is too bigg (278 cm, the biggest piano I've seen in my life) But no more excuses, I will make sure to be better and better for each video.
