I am learning to shift within so that life on the outside changes. I am longing for spiritual food, awakening, life purpose manifestations. Your videos help me stay on track. As much as i regret marrying him, i do appreciate all the lessons he taught me. Do you have any encouraging thoughts? I haven't filed yet because i stay home with kids and need a job to provide for them after i leave him.. Connected in the 3D via piece of paper with someone who can never see beyond 3D. I pray that Universe puts us in different places beneficial spiritually for all involved. I let go! I surrender! And so it is! It is already done! Thank you, Universe!

Okay. This is probably the first time I'm writing a feedback below a video like this. I had applied for a job few days back. But I had no response from there until I listened to this last night. I slept with this and honestly that job stuff wasn't even on my mind. But when i woke up i realised i listened to this whole video while sleeping. Today at 11 in the morning I'm called for an interview. Just came here to listen to this while sleeping again and suddenly realized it was this that worked for me so quick. I didn't realise earlier but just now it clicked me that this is bearing fruit for me. Thank you Almighty Allah. Thank you universe. I'm up for this! IT WORKS!!

Yes, but you defeat the purpose if you listen to it whilst you are conscious and your brain is in BETA. Much more effective if you listen to it whilst you are sleeping, and UNCONSCIOUS and your brain is in Alpha or Theta.

@@kellymills8412 That's true, I have a variety of affirmation videos I listen to at night. I did eventually begin to feel better. I still haven't figured out my purpose up to this point and I still come home at the end of each work day drained and exhausted from all of the negative energy around me. I haven't learned how to deal with that part of it. What's really disturbing to me is that the majority of people do give off a negative vibe. When I do run into someone who gives off positive energy its unmistakable and I instantly connect with that person. I'm still learning about myself and how to adapt and deal with my emotions. It is a process that I have to continue to remind myself of. Best of luck, peace out!

Sometimes i listen when im awake and I'm very impressed with the some of her statements... I Am Being Reborn from the Inside Out and I see AND feel it.... "Allowing" - has new meaning to me now. #1 I Made a Decision to LIVE. #2 I removed myself from all things toxic. #3 I DO the work in front of me.. I have made more progress with inner Peace by looking inward than I ever did when I was looking outside of me for what I "thought" would "make" me Happy.. Thank you Jess :) I've been listening to your videos for a week now, and I love them more and more. You make me feel good, easy, happy and many times I laugh and giggle too :) I'm loving it. Your voice is beautiful, your presentation is love-ly , I can FEEL the high vibes in you when I'm listening. I've listened to few of them throughout the night, and tonite I've started and it only took me about 5 minutes to start feeling my vibe rising and I was off to do something with a smile on my face :)
