I have autism, and I'm theoretically high functioning (academically intelligent), yet in reality I am low functioning (long-term unemployed etc). The PBS / ABC method sounds like a good tool to use on myself to prevent meltdowns.

Are you getting help, eg. Coaching? That’s lots of organisations out there for high functioning ASD
