So there i was , doing a bit of work and taking in the sunset on the balcony of my house on Bang Po beach , when in my periphery hearing i heard 'sawadeekaa' in a baby squecky voice ... took me a second or two to realise that HAD to be you Mr Paddy Doyle and sure enough there you were 50 yards away flopping about in the sea , talking non stop hahaha.....i should have came to say hello lols

We are loving your videos Paddy! We lived in Taiwan previously for almost 8 years, and visited Thailand multiple times, and loved it. You are seriously making us consider moving to Thailand as a permanent base in Asia, maybe even Koh Samui. You are also making me reconsider starting up Muay Thai again; you are looking good, with some nice power with those round kicks. Keep it up!

I've been going to Thailand since 2004 when I met my current wife in Chiang Mai. A lot has happened since then - we had a bungalow built and travelled there usually annually and have been to Samui, Koh Chang, Phuket (obviously), , Krabi, Phi Phi and many other places. Your videos are a delight to watch Paddy and makes me miss Thailand more than I was already. For obvious reasons we haven't been back for a while but your videos have become compulsive viewing for me. That scene on the beach at the end of the video was amazing, so serene.

Paddy, to tighten the mirror,…if it’s anything like my mirror , slide the rubber cover at the base of the mirror stem up,… face the mirror forward ( like it looks at 8:03 ) snug down the bolt turning it clockwise , then move the mirror clockwise into position,… if the mirror gets to tight and won’t go into position, move it back to forward, loosen the bolt a tiny bit, and try again

What a beautiful, island. That breakfast looked amazing. It's not necessarily to spend a lot of money on healthy eating. A big bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon and fresh fruit is very cheap and is super healthy.

Well done on the weight loss, it’s hard to do but your getting there 👍🏻 I don’t know if subscribers can suggest videos but I would love to see you talk about your family back in England, I would also love to see a video about how you quit teaching. Great update. Love a sunset, ate just down from that spot on my last day on Samui, just after had been to the top of Samui on the steep roads you mentioned. Noticed 2Passports 1 dream on their vlog up where I got to. Got back to Pattaya today and Immigration, Surat Thani immigration officer didn't want to know, so unfortunately had to leave Samui. Wanted to say Thank you for the ferry vlog, pretty much drove down day before Samui plus because of that and Chris' vlog. Nick Ndtvi was supposed to be coming too, but he went to Krabi. Keep dreamin😊

Dear Paddy, this is your Mystery Stephen, lots of love for you too! I'm an older man not so tech-savvy and youtube just began to watch since the pandemic! My wife, Jillian just help me bought your e-book but is not sure where to put it, not sure how to use it, next time when we meet need your assistant! I watch you from the beginning since Chiangmai, I found you a rare truth humanist with compassion! A sense of appreciation for humanity, God's creation, and of course with the British stubbornness and tenacity also a sense of dry humor I love! By the way, not tech savvy but Jillian just help me bought online a Condo in Chiangmai last Aug while we were stuck in H.K! Haven't physically seen the place yet, but I done the design already ( retired architect) close to Doi Suthep, Suthep District. Once the sandbox opens will be there maybe in Sep.! We stayed at that hotel before we left Koh Samui since it’s so close to the airport. Great choice! The coconut at the front is hilarious. Still bummed we missed you when we were there..

Nice to see you training Muay Thai. A key point to remember in Muay Thai is the technique. Whether it's the kick, punch, knee or the elbow, make it a priority to work on your basic technique. Also, make sure you are in your Muay Thai stance. Once you have performed the kick, punch,elbow or knee, get back to your Muay Thai stance. A little bit of advise from a guy who absolutely loves Muay Thai and Thailand. Keep up the good work. Best wishes 👍

Hi Paddy, you are looking great my man! Proud of you, there’s nothing like training, feeling good about yourself and gettin’ into some sort of routine. I trained at Lamai when I was in samui (and at Rawai Muay Thai the year after for a few weeks) when I was there they had a lovely restaurant to the right of the gym. Used to train at gym Alkmaar in the Netherlands, they set up superpro samui year ago, might be worth to check it out for CrossFit as well? Hope you’ll get some beautifully shared sunsets in the near future. Sun sun kha!

Hi Paddy, love the podcasts. Been travelling to Thailand since 2002, my wife is Thai and we desperately want to get out to Samui, where we have spent most of our time. Just an idea regarding Muay Thai, ..go and see Ralph Beale at WMC in Lamai and say Steve Kerridge sent you. Great gym, great trainers!! Looking forward to your next installment

So that restaurant on the hill, that was Jungle Club, right? I did that on my own and was hard enough without a passanger. Admittedly I was on a rental bike with little brakes. Great once you get there but would not recommend for a date if you want to share a wine as I would never rude that after an alcohol. Muay Thai looks great and you seem to be getting pretty good. Keep it up. And keep up the good videos. Wish I was still on Samui but had to come back to Bangkok for my vaccines a week ago. Now I can just enjoy your videos to remind me of being there. Maybe you could have a look at the place I stayed, Casa De Mar, really nice resort with seafront properties and pretty cheap at the moment.

Steaming vegetables, veggie omelettes, stir fries, etc..are all quite cheap and easy to make on your own. You should look into cutting down your carbs, like fried/breaded foods, and sugars, keeping fruit in moderation. That’s a great step towards a lean, strong, and efficient body.

I went to MotoGP in Buriram, in 2019, then spent a week in Koh Samui...my 1st day there, went to Elephant retreat...met this girl who worked there...she said I come to your place after work...My place being Coconut Hut cottages, 8usd per day right on the beach...spent the whole week with her..it doesn't take long to fall in love...She never once asked me me for money. Just treated her right,..it was so hard to leave. Good on you Paddy! Lovely date! P.S . Just another lover of your VLOGs. TYVM

Diet, it's been a lifetime struggle so synthase, my advice is just cut down on food intact, and once a month fast for 3 days, water, black tea and coffee, swim for one hour, keep up the great work

I'm going to get one and I was wondering if there is a Muay Thai / personal defense School in Koh Samui. I loved Samui when I went in 2018., stayed in Chaweng for 3 weeks, such a nice island. Ticked off s thing from my bucket list there of riding a Harley 🤙 lol from OHM Cycles. Damn I miss Thailand 😔
