I grew up in a really negative household and this is the first time I heard someone(Jess) saying positive things to me. It's given me the courage to stand up to those negative voices inside my head and choose the positive.

I can’t tell you how much you have changed my life over the past year. I’ve spent lots of money on courses to improve myself, but I honestly think the one thing that has worked for me personally is you kind voice. It has inspired me and I truly believe your words. Decided to listen to some positive affirmations with a bottle of water and apple slices on the side. It’s bright, sunny and I’m feeling motivated. This definitely helped and I’m gonna continue this routine until I’m finally in a good mindset while I recover.💪🏾
