This is what I call an Operator Error. (1) You left the transit bolts in the back of the appliance, (2) You failed to read the Owners Manual, (3) You just let it continue shaking, letting it cause more possible damage to your home and its self.

You can see that you left the yellow shipping bolts in and they need to be removed before you operate the machine!!!

Your shipping bolts are still in. 4 bolts on the back that hold the drum in place so it isn't damaged in shipping. When they're in its using the case as its suspension. There's a page in your owners manual on how to remove them.

Your shipping bolts are still in. the 4 bolts on the back of the machine that hold the drum in place so it doesn't get damaged during shipping. There should be a page in the owner's manual on how to remove them.

It looks like the problem it's doing that is because you left the shipping bolts in the back. See the yellow squares on the back. I bought this washer and installed today. It didn't do anything close to what yours is doing. Take the bolts out and see how it does. It could have caused more damage running it so long.

Now this is what I don’t really care for front loading machines, used to have a Kenmore front load washer in my laundry room and always scared the ever living hell out of me when it went into spin and would always find the machine crooked after if was done and yes the shipping belts were removed and the feet were level and always made sure it was properly loaded and always managed to go off balance and move itself. Ever since I’ve had my vintage Maytag and Whirlpool machines never had issues with them going off balance unless I deliberately didn’t load the machine properly.

not many people realize when getting a brand new washing machine especially the front load type there is a tool that comes with the brand new washing machine. people mistakenly throw it away not knowing that is the tool to remove the shipping bolts that would save a lot of money even just to remove the shipping bolts. A very common mistake people make when throwing the tool away thinking it is a useless piece of metal. that useless piece of metal people think it is turned out to be what removes the shipping bolts. shipping bolts are only for transporting washing machines that can get damaged during transport. shipping bolts are 100% safe to remove for washing machines and are yellow in color.

You left shipping bolts in because you are running this washer. Level the washer. Make sure that you cannot overload the washer with heavy items. If you left shipping bolts in and you can’t level the washer, it will break.

Guys! Important. If the machine jumps, unscrew the 4 transport bolts and put the plugs on!

The reason it’s happening is because maybe the transport/shipping bolts are still in. The bolts are in there to keep the washer in place so it doesn’t get damaged, i recommend to remove the transport bolts. You can see them because they are yellow. Try removing them. They will help not shake so much.

I just see the transit bolts in at the end of the video, just take them away and your issue is solved, hope you didn't ruin the washer because of this tremendous shake.

Take the transport screws, they stay at the back of the washing machine (the orange bolts)

IDK WHY YOU WOULD USE A MOP TO STOP IT FROM VIBRATING LIKE CRAZY, THERE'S LITERALLY A PAUSE BUTTON ON THIS MACHINE. Also next time read the manual, it's more useful than you would ever think!
