It's so sad, but these people seem so entitled. "The detective is on vacation. How dare she???" Jesus. You are dealing with one case. She probably has two dozen of the same on her desk, each with a family attached. Every human being deserves a vacation, and ESPECIALLY police detectives!

I was thinking the exact same thing. Feel for the family but the entitlement is out of control.

Two sisters hold onto a "family secret" for 24 YEARS?? Who the hell does that? Hello! Talk about an abject lack of morals or a conscience! If nothing else, do unto others as you would have them do unto you! Holding onto a secret involving a missing person is abhorrent. Disgusting!! 🤬🤬🤬

As a ret PI this was ultra sad. Watching the families breathing patterns and anxiety is heartbreaking. It should not have been as a definitive find, but as potential search areas. I have watched all there is to watch about Kenley, and with all the 'extra' drama from suspected connections, it has muddied the water considerably. My gut feeling is he went off on his own, a lot of time passed and he is embarrassed to call home. Maybe I am projecting my own traits as my personality is the same as Kenleys type. (Introverted, private) Our type yearns for seclusion, but we also dread hurting others while we are also simultaneously attempting to seek critical solitude. When those two thing cross and people are hurt, we further distance ourselves out of shame making the situation even-worse.

After thought, so the officer did not obtain permission to search off of the road. It was a wasted effort. Where is the pi in obtaining permission before the search commenced? So many opportunities have been/were lost throughout this documentary, it is heartbreaking.

The family stopped working with police and expects police to let all other work fall and go after their needs, when their private investigators, as usual, failed them. You are in a bad situation, but to let it out on the police is not ok. There are other cases too. And maybe not decades old. Your son means the world for you...the families of other victims feel the same, and can maybe not afford a private investigator.

These are the same RCMP who did NOT put out a public warning about Gabriel Wortman when he was running around killing 22 people. In my opinion that was because they were unsure if the shooter was actually one of them knowing it was a person in a police vehicle. They are more concerned about themselves than the public they are supposed to protect!

Poor family, playing Machiavellian games, with police, attorneys and their own PI. And with the audience of this so called "documentary", who are misled by the real circumstances and the connection to the family. Sure, be angry about police, not acting on nothing. I think this people are acting immoral, no matter their grief.
