The space needed to generate the specific income can be competitive but larger, heavier places over the L.A. region ( our Lesser Antillies) can disturb children, animal protein, food and vegetable production, fish and forestry, urban dwellings re consistent flying, frequency - low flying planes, etc. Can also affect sleeping patterns, causing medical changes (not so good). Small to mid sized could be a better option if the heavy air traffic is required unless the waterways might be a detour as another option if the goal is still their set.
