But if you are not diabetic there is no harm in taking normal sugar/ day.... Ideally 3 to 4 teaspoon is ok

Post covid recovery needs time , it may vary from.6months to even 10months from person to person, so , please don't worry, just have a healthy regular diet as I suggested, stay healthy
