In the previous warlord era, the Redeemed Black League has defeated the Brotherhood of Cain in a war. Despite their xenophobic nature, some satanists have managed to pass themselves off as true citizens of the Redeemed Black League, and have even risen up the ranks of the Redeemed Black League, but then came along the Shturmoviki of Dikiy's regency, and so, they retreated back into their bunkers to wait for the collapse.
Many Black League members did not survive due to attacks on their bunkers by Dikiy's Shturmoviki, as well as low food and water supplies making them die of hunger and thirst, resulting in the satanists from all these years ago to get to the top of the Black League hierarchy. They have abandoned xenophobia since they can recruit new members from refugees or use them for satanic rituals, but they believe it is not enough to appease Satan.
What will appease Satan is the Great Trial, millions of Germans to be sacrificed in the name of Satan, they will all be sacrificed in the name of the devil!
