Great thanks Dr Raman Tanwar. Following your suggested squeezing maneuvers I got relief of post void dribbling anxiety. This was a main cause I wanted to get it operated. Now I deferred the enlarged prostate operation.My heartfelt compliments to you for this video.

Sir when I urinate 2 or 3 drops come out after urin completed and I get pain at pelvic flor some time, pain vanish instantly after changing pose And a accident happen in which I ridding cycle and try to jump it from high place an at that time when I landed I think some thing happen at that time in pelvic floor

If you injured yourself i guess it’s your pelvic floor. It could be Pelvic floor dysfunction and Pudendal Neuralgia.
