@@SonicSlash51 it was an observation. this is not a video in the algorithm. you have to look up postal 2 speedrun to watch the video. It was just a comment about how satisfying it is to play the game as violent as you can. But its okay dude

​@@igbsmf Ive actually always enjoyed being a hero more in games where you get the choice. like half life for example, everyone mass murders the scientists and guards but I try to keep as many alive as possible, I like to feel like the good guy. in postal 2 hes obviously not a hero, but I just kill only who I need to and occasionally go on killing sprees, but not doing it a lot makes it more fun when you do

Well it's a little flawed. In some scenarios, you can get yourself into positions you shouldn't have been able to get to otherwise using the stuck feature.

I honestly didn't know about this lol, I only speedran this game for about 2 weeks and I stopped after getting this run. Using Scissors to run faster is definitely a great idea, I might see if I can find a good way to implement picking up scissors in the route. Thank you for mentioning this! :)

Using scissors only gives you a speedboost on Enhanced mode.

@@ollymuirs Hmm, i am currently replaying the game in the enhanced mode so i wrongly assumed that it works in all modes.

This is actually just one of several library escape methods, it's pretty tricky that method tbh, the only real strat for doing it is to just do it lots of times and eventually muscle memory will help you get it more consistently, there are far easier and more consistent ways, however some of them can be a bit slower.

@@ollymuirs i find the library skip took me a few goes. but after nailing it and getting used to it, its probably my prefered method of escaping the place. *edit* otherwise the old method i used was up the staircase then jump off the bookshelf to your left before the shelving collapses

postal 2 run excessively poorly on windows 10, it's mainly due to compatibility issues

@@rezioz Really lol? i played this on my 8 year old intel 3000 series graphics craptop and still got +60fps at all times. I'd like to think that's cuz i was using linux

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Basically what I did there is instead of going to the confession, I threw a molotov onto the roof of the church to kill the person at the confession from outside the building. If the person in the confession room dies then the task is completed, but because I threw a molotov it takes like 20 seconds for him to die. This allows me to go and crouch under the loading zone to leave the church area, and when the map pops up and crosses off the task it makes me uncrouch which touches the loading zone and instantly ends the day. This skips a cutscene that usually plays after that task is completed. Hopefully I explained it well, if you have any more questions then please ask!

He basically aimed for the priest you're supposed to confess to because killing him is a valid way to complete the mission. He was waiting for the priest to burn to death.

You can actually give krotchy money and he will give you a secret krotchy toy that he has hidden "up his ass" (I am serious). I discovered this in game by accident when I was holding money and pressed e on krotchy. This means you can avoid the whole fight.

If you have the autographed Gary Coleman book, you can give it to Krotchy for the Krotchy toy, completing the mission and avoiding the Krotchy boss.
