Stay super efficient and consistently focused Celtics! Heats with the BS type plays that is (shoving a back) NOT basketball! Be physical NOT DIRTY! I hope he don't be another Gabe Vincent type (leaving leg)! It's a miracle JT got up so quickly from that Hard back fall. Thankful, he has been working on building his body. If they continue with viscous plays over clean physical defense the #NBA needs to investigate the Heats type of defense.

I don’t like dirty play but I also believe in responding to aggression. Joe does Jujitsu he knows this. I would like the Cs to respond to the Caleb foul on Tatum by doing the same to maybe Jaquez for example through Tillman. We need to send a message that we won’t take crap thrown at us lightly.

@TheRobversion1

That was a very dirty game by the heat. This is why i didnt like to face the heat. Hopefully the celtics can sweep them with lots of blowouts so we can mitigate injury risk. 5 things i didnt like: 1. Bam setting that illegal screen on white with no call. 2. Bam trucking JB on a heat break in the 1st half with no call. Like andre drummond running over caruso but worse. Again Bam getting away with dirty plays. 3. Jovic hitting KPs hand so hard on a close out. For the record i dont think this was dirty. I just cringe every time KP gets hurt. 4. Caleb air body blocking JT at the end. If you play ball, you know this was a dirty play. People excusing this are heat fans, celtics haters or dont play ball. That should've been a flagrant. Caleb's another dirty heat player (along with BAM and duncan). 5. Joe not going back to Sam or PP more in the 2nd half when it was clear Jrue didnt have it tonight. Must've been flashbacks to when he got locked last year by the heat when he was with milwaukee. i wouldnt have minded taking away a couple of JTs mins as while JT had an excellent floor game, Sam was on a heater. Playing JT 40+ mins will just burn him out in later rounds. I'd like for him to be kept at 35-36 minutes. Anyway great start and looks like no major injuries. I'd consider coming out of a heat game without major injuries an excellent win. Now lets do it better in game 2 and clean up that 4Q. Beat the heat! Lets go Cs!

Holiday pushes Martin dumas
@TheRobversion1
@TheRobversion1 Ай бұрын
@@Juimango40 clearly you need to slow the video down or watch it from a different angle. watch it at 0.25 speed and see that martin was already moving in tatum's direction before holiday even comes close to touching him. and i dunno down 16 with 1m 30s left, spo calls a timeout the this happens 30s later... that at best is reckless play. and that's not good either. its the end of the game.

@@TheRobversion1 he’s going for the offensive rebound. That’s real hustle. Celtics don’t do that which is why they will never win a ring
@TheRobversion1
@TheRobversion1 Ай бұрын
@@Juimango40 so how many offensive rebounds did the celtics get earlier in the game? this topic is irrelevant as the discussion is not about the celtics winning the chip. its about the heat's dirty plays. sounds to me like you're just hating. or a heat fan coping on a celtics channel and on a clear celtics post. if you clearly, believe that was a clean play, go post on a heat channel. why are you here? to troll celtics fans? if that's your objective, i suggest you take etiquette classes.

I don't like how that dirty play occurred right after that heat time out, with Tatum having clinched a triple double. If Riley and Coach Spo think injuring the other teams best player is good basketball then I think it's time for Coach Spo to be retired. Caleb Martin should be suspended.

Under-cut people but you didn't see Jrue Holiday push Martin in the back to make the impact more than it should have been. Just thank your lucky stars Jimmy didn't get injured because we would have seen you in the ECF instead. Don't forget Scary Terry and a hobbling Duncan. Anyways, hope you enjoy seeing our future duo Triple Jota and Jovic. Get ready for game 2. Miami is going to bring some dark magic to counter the unicorn.

Watching it on slow it wasn't even that much of a push off. Caleb took about3 steps after that and Caleb doesn't even have his arms in the air for a rebound he turns his body into Tatum
@TheRobversion1
@TheRobversion1 Ай бұрын
wow that's excuses for Caleb. turn it the other way around. exact play and herro pushes JT slightly in the back while he jumps into caleb's side while Caleb's mid-air then crashes down and gets injured? Would you call JT dirty? you sound like a warriors fan defending draymond green. that was a dirty play by Caleb, plain and simple. At best, you could say it was reckless/unsafe which is still bad.
@MaxCamacho
@MaxCamacho Ай бұрын
@@TheRobversion1 I would have said the same thing if that "made up" analogy would have occured. Regardless, you can't deny a push in the back however slight will increase the speed. A possible serious injury could have occured. Don't just get mad at Caleb look at what Jrue did as well. I am not a delusion Heat fan and call it how it is. The Heat are not a dirty team. They work hard and stay in games despite the amount of injuries. No one wishes an injury on anyone. But to say that Jrue's push did not make a stronger impact is simply delusional. There is no need to fabricate animosity. I have been watching plenty of Boston sports shows after the fact and people are just taking it too far. I wish there is an investigation to see if it was blatant. I guarantee upon review Caleb will be absolved of any wrong doing and Jrue's involvement would be exposed. If the Celtics are better prove it on the court. The Heat are just trying everything and anything to play against a very stacked team. With a bunch of G League players, injured players, undrafted players, new players and recently drafter players. If we can find any advantage through grit and determination to win a game we will. But injuring a fellow NBA player is not one of them. Play the series, stop making up things that are not there and may the best team win. Having said that, get ready for Wednesday night. Don't give the Heat any slither of hope. If you do, the boogie man will come to get you. 👍

@@MaxCamacho i think you are delusional heat fan if a bit tempered. Everyone else thinks the heat are dirty. Talk to a bucks fan. A knicks fan. A sixers fan. A raptors fan. Ask a raptors fan about that block attempt caleb made on barnes. Plain and simple. Caleb has a rap sheet already. At worst you can claim Caleb plays reckless like aaron nesmith and his style of play tends to be unsafe. Theres a reason why boston fans are scared of playing the heat without jimmy and rozier despite having the best record in the league by a mile. Boston fans are scared of their rotation players getting injured. No one is questioning the heats grit but the whole trying "everything" has to be tempered. Feel free to look up the red-dit post recently where a guy tallies every injured player in the playoffs the past 3Y and the heat lead the league by a mile in causing those injury occurrences. Feel free to do the research yourself to corroborate. I wish there really is an investigation and Caleb is suspended. That should teach him to minimize dirty plays. I'll be fair though and say that when people say the miami heat are a dirty team, they're not really referring to the WHOLE team. They're referring to: 1. BAM and his illegal screens 2. Caleb 3. Duncan 4. Erik spo and his viral timeout quote "foul them. they wont call everything." Its not about creating animosity. Its about pointing out something that the heat shouldnt be doing. Again. You can watch it 0.25 speed and you'll see that caleb was on his way to JTs area (2 strides away) before jrue touched him. Game situation also has to be kept in mind. You're down 16 with less than 1 min on the clock. You dont make those type of plays. If the heat were down by 6 or so then i'd understand. 16 is far from 6 with 1 min left. This is the time miami and boston should just both dribble out the clock. The celtics are trying to prove it on the court and the heat are trying to stop them from doing that with reckless or dirty plays: 1. JB getting trucked by BAM on the break. 2. BAMs illegal screen on white that almost took whites head off. 3. The caleb air body block on JT. the heat are indeed trying everything and that included reckless physical play that could injure players. You're just excusing them because you're a heat fan.
