Omg I'm crying at how authentic this is . Can only tell you as a young man I remember my grandmother doing this ,after my grandfather milled it some how. Cant remember that. But how good it was to eat ,always with a red sauce . God bless you and yours on this holiday season.

Try shaking sage leaves with a little flour and fry them in browned butter. Serve over the gnocchi. Delicious!!!

This recipe looks delicious! Have you ever cooked your potatoes in the microwave? I wash them, rub olive oil all over (or just veg oil), cover in a wet paper towel and nook for 5-6 min depending on size (smaller potatoes need even less time, or they'll burn). They're ready when you can squeeze them easily 😆 it will shorten this process a bit
