What a great thing you are doing feeding your people with great food made with love. Grandpa would be proud of you for continuing. I went to India 8 months after the tsunami and went to a compound where they took care of widows and children. Such an eye opener for me. The man climbing the coconut tree brought back fond memories. He cut 11 coconuts for each of us. Gave us the liquid and then cooked the coconut for dinner.

My hand always goes to my forehead towards the end of the video. I feel so sad for these kids. I'm so grateful being so lucky here enjoying premium food whenever I wish although I worked for it. But I just am speechless. I cant blame their parents entirely. Its lack of education. If only governments could emphasize more on education so that these rural communities be educated to somewhat level. Many of these kids are out of wedlock, incenst and so many which is one of the cause of their birth defect. I hope the world would be a better place someday.

This is the way of method to boil rice in India. Most of the Indians are doing like this. This is our way. But thanks for the information bro😊

There in non uniform fire ,so bottom rice will boil well but top part rice will not boil properly, that's why we do like that

Different type of rice uses different amount of water. Japanese rice uses twice the amount for example.
