Love this guy! I love watching him cook! I am a longtime fan of Kevin Belton! I have 2 dvds of him cooking from 2 different cooking shows that he did. I have a new Orleans cooking dvd and a Louisiana cookin' dvd!!

Can anyone say "cross contamination"? The same spatula he uses to press down the raw (egg mixture) pancake, he uses to remove the cooked pancake from the griddle. I pray no one got sick.

Really? So, he needs 2 spatulas to make potato pancakes? What about soft cooked eggs? People eat those all the time. Danger, danger. The spatula touched the pancake from the bottom of the spatula, he then slid the bottom of the spatula on the hot grill to lift the pancake. Do you really think that REALISTICALLY anybody got sick?

@@juanitahayes9076 actually he isnt wrong you are NEVER supposed to use the same spatula or other equipment that you used with raw material to handle cooked material ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO EGGS... also he is essentially making hashbrowns so dont know why he keeps calling it "potato pancake"
