• anyways here’s a brownie recipe 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter • 2 cups granulated sugar • 1 cup all-purpose flour • 1/2 cup cocoa powder • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 4 large eggs • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. 2. In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat once melted. 3. Stir in the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined. 4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla extract. Add this egg mixture to the chocolate mixture, stirring until smooth. 5. If desired, fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips into the batter. 6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter). 8. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares.
