Awesome video sir, I'm normal weight and in BMI , vegetarian food , but I'm getting bone cracks sound while going up stairs, doing streching.. also back pain sir. I'm in IT job. I do yoga/stretching and walking everyday.

You have used terms like resistance starch which sounds new. Al these days other fellow doctor youtubers have used term Glycemic index which is the rate at which the food become as glucose in blood. So it is high even the GL is high in potato. But you say potato can be adding glucose still slowly to blood. Sounds contradictory. I am sure you have the right explanation. In short what is GI, GL, Resistant starch. Pls explain more clearly with respect to potato
