100 grams butter (3.5 ounces).
250 ml cream with 20% fat (8.4 fl.oz).
Salt.
Cut into 12 pieces of cheese.
80 grams of cheese (2.8 ounces).
Cover with foil.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 C +10 minutes.
