Why does everyone hate this character again ? He's the Luke Skywalker of the trilogy, he has a deep arc and the character is well written. This little guy was abandoned by his father when he was a kid but still he did everything he could to save him until to get kill by his own sword, he sacrificed his honor and his wife to save the one who abandoned him but still he was his father no matter what. And he saved Jack from hanging at the end of the first movie. He just wants Elizabeth's happyness, remember that scene in Dead Man's Chest when he saw her kissing Jack to bound him to the Pearl ? He used to think they were in love and then he was prepared to save him for Elizabeth's happyness. And now, he became the legendary captain of the Flying Deutschman and has to transport the soul of the ones who perrish at sea to the other side of the world for eternity, able to see his wife only one day in ten years because the Dutchman must always have a captain...

Beautiful edit. The POTC trilogy will always have a special place in my heart. All the characters were so well written and characterised I get emotional when I see tribute videos like this

I don't know why everyone hates him! He was always willing to die for Elizabeth, and he was loyal to the ones that were truly on his side. Even though he wasnt always a huge fan of Jack, he saved his ass so many times! Will Turner will always be the best pirates of the Caribbean character!

I fckin love him. I love Will Turner, I love his character, his love to Elizabeth, I love Orlando Bloom. He will always have a special place in my heart.

This is a beautifully edited video, a wonderful balance of going back in time and showing present day, to show the parallels of Father and son carrying on the blood of a Pirate - well done
