Potton, Whats it all about!

ANDREW WARD WEIRD WORLD
Well, I've been on my travels again and been asked to visit Potton so here is my light hearted view of this small bedfordshire town. Come with me on my visit.

This was my home for me and my family for many years. I went to school here and learnt to swin there. So many great memories ! Still call it home tbh Thank you so much for this video

My maiden name is Potton, we visited there in 2019 and you should of gone into the Church as it is a very lovely one!

This is my home town...I grew up bmxing the streets know every alley, every kerb....Remember big breakfast coming to town! :P

No video of Potton is complete without including the Barbershop Choruses, Shannon Express for the men and Phoenix for the women. Both are known internationally. I was a member of Shannon Express in the 1980s , when I lived in Potton, before moving to New Zealand in 1990.

The sun image on Sun House has nothing to do with the Sun Insurance Company. It was once the Sun Inn, dating from at least the 17th century, which is why the road in which it is located is called Sun Street. Similarly, Blackbird Street is named after a pub called The Three Blackbirds. Potton was a market town and had a large number of pubs.

Well very good I've never been to Potton, but I hear it has a great Library. Only Three books though and Three of them already colored in, but quite busy, or so I hear from the Potton Poacher, Micky D.
