But Pound Shred wasn't just about getting a great workout. Attendees weren't only working out for themselves; all proceeds from the event were donated to Wigs for Heroes, a grassroots charity located in the heart of Tottenham, North London.
Wigs for Heroes is on a mission to support people undergoing cancer treatment in local communities across the UK. From wig grants to pamper bags, cancer support workshops to online resources, they provide essential support to those in need.
