As a 41 yr old woman, I couldn’t agree more. When I was depressed, being female, too many people enabled my behaviour and allowed me to stay down. Yes I needed to feel it all, but I wasn’t supposed to sit in the depression. David Goggins is the one that got me off the sofa and onto the yoga mat. 2 years later I’m doing callisthenics workout, journaling, mediating and in a much better place. I don't know why he did that. I didn't ask him for anything. I just wanted to talk to my brother. I never been hurt like that. We've spoken after that and it's just WHY WEREN'T YOU THERE WHEN I NEEDED YOU. That shit hurt. Feel that or stay away from me.
