@@karashj1 Or keep an eye out in your yard/neighborhood, for safe places to forage dandelion leaves, stinging nettles, etc. Use scissors to snip them into soup,stews, eggs, etc. FREE and VERY nutritious!! ✌️🥰🥰🥰🇨🇦

thank you ! I am going to try this tomorrow morning ! What a great way to start the day ! And easy too!! I like the fact that this can easily be made to your own liking as well. ( more onion....more cheese....less tomato.... for example) I love the idea of a crispy tortilla crust ! It can be gluten free....whole wheat...or any of the other types out there.... The combination here is endless.....and I can't wait for tomorrow morning to enjoy this very scrumptious looking breakfast . !!! Again many thanks.......blessings from New Jersey !!!

Great recipe! I modified it a lititle by adding crumbled feta cheese instead of mozzarella and spinach leaves instead of parsley cause is all I had. Turned out delicious!

This video is very well done. Just over 2 minutes long, it’s actually pretty quick. The “natural sound” of chopping is quite satisfying to many (not all) viewers. Nice to have no narration. There truly is a kind of recognized artistry to this type of video presentation. I’m sure that many wonderful cooks can make this dish more efficiently, but now the ingredients and process are clearly seared into my mind. Thank you!!

I made this (with a few ingredients and seasoning additions). I actually made 2 pans. For some reason, I knew I'd better make 2 pans; And boy, was I right! My family gobbled that thing Up before it even hit the table! They were like Tasmanian devils in tornado funnels fighting to get more! 😮 I sat back in my chair watching this "all for grabs" at the table, thinking... OK, we seem to have a Winner here! I guess I'll be making this dish quite often in the future! 😏 Bottom line: It was the bomb. Thanks for the recipe 🙏

What is the oven temperature? I think I will use the ingredients I that I use in my omelettes. Cheddar cheese, mushrooms, spinach, green onions and the eggs. And sprinkle it with a little Tapatio when done 😋

I made this using the mini street taco 0 carb tortillas in a muffin tin for a ladies church get together. I used spinach, crumbled spicy sausage,(browned of course), cheddar, green chili's. Served with sour cream and salsa. Big hit!!!!

I think it would qualify as being a Torilla-Crust Quiche. It's easy prep, fast cooking, and delicious, nevertheless. YUM! YUM! It's a winning recipe added to my recipe book. I saw a similar KZfaq video of a pheasant foreigner cooking this and I thought it looked delicious even then.
