Lex, I appreciate your transparency on this episode. I think a lot of us walk around in silence, thinking that we’re all alone. And then blame ourselves for the ways we allowed people to treat us. You had me reminiscing on my own growth, and I found some more tips on how I need to be even more graceful with myself, and not downplay my past self because it took her to get to where I am now. 💜

I’m going through this now with my relationship lack of confidence also a new mom and totally losing myself and feeling guilty for not doing more as a mom but also dealing with being exhausted . This is a great episode.
