@@zrl-rblx5948 There are two different types of narcissists; one, to take literally everything serious, two is the ones where they believe that the whole world revolves around them and that they're the only important one. like I said before, whenever you talk about narcissist you should mention the fact that not all of them are the ones where they think the whole world revolves around them. I feel like your friend would be in that region. Usually narcissists come out of people who didn't have a lot of attention in their life and they use narcissism is a sign of trauma. If you ever have a friend like that again I would suggest possibly getting them some help usually narcissism like that is a sign of trauma and not having a lot of attention from, parents, siblings, just in general family or friends.

@Elizabeth Acres people that have mental health issues don’t like to admit they have a problem…they can’t get help if they think there is nothing wrong with them….cause in their mind, you can’t fix something that’s not broken…in order for someone to get help, they have to first admit they actually have a problem, and actually want to get help…you can’t help someone who doesn’t want help they’re just going to fight you the whole way through. It’s easy to say have the mental health issue and just get help when in their minds they have no mental health issues, they’re perfectly fine…so instead of going you know what you’re right…they’re thinking, how dare you call me mental…and they tend to get aggressive and lash out at you.

As someone with Narcissistic Personality Disorder, it absolutely is. It’s just constantly trying to be good at everything and anything and taking every bit of criticism so hard that it leaves you in such a depressive state and hurts your confidence and self-esteem. It’s trying to care, trying to have a good relationship with someone, but just not having the chemicals in your brain to feel very much empathy and as a result of that, usually being left. It’s actual hell, and I feel like a failure. I am a failure unless someone says otherwise. And that’s not even all of it.

Not quite. Narcissism is more of a “It’s all about me! I’m better than everyone else! Praise me! Give me all of the attention!” That’s what narcissism is, though they never say that stuff verbally, but more expressively. Yeah, sometimes narcissists will lie to get attention, even if it’s a situation someone just claimed to be going through. The narcissist will also exaggerate just enough to make their situation seem worse. So basically, the narcissist wants attention in general. Upon retrieving more information, a narcissist would provoke those who hate them to get that attention. I think my mom is a narcissist. She’s nice to me though.

One of me school “fiends” are exactly like this, they poke my friends stomach when he’s wearing a crop top even though my friend (lets call her ‘H’) knows he’s insecure about his stomach and doesn’t eat on purpose to loose weight then other times when I’m talking to H then I complain bout my leg hurting or something because I got hit or fell in PE and then she says something like “oh yeah? Well I have it worse, I have a metal angle, hip, and my knee like be amputated soon” and any time I try saying something to her that might just be a rumor then she always starts to panic and just tells me I’m making things up even though I know it’s true about her. I used to be fiends with her but we’re still in the same friend group and we’re partners for school projects so I’m kind of forced to be friends with her even though we both know we don’t like each other. She’s a very narcissistic person and our whole class doesn’t like her… and yet she still wonders why 😂 (that might seem like nothing but if I could I would list everything that makes her, her)

Not as long as I'd like for what he did to me and my younger sister, but whatever. Our victim advocate asked how long we would like him to be in prison, I said at least 10 years because that's about how long he'd abused me. I'm very much happy to be away from him, even if he got to have the sons he wanted so desperately and was able to live life without repercussions for 5 years. I'm engaged and have a baby of my own. @eldin.phoenix_mustdie2 жыл бұрын
@@captaincone6254 gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation in which the abuser attempts to sow self-doubt and confusion in their victim's mind. Typically, gaslighters are seeking to gain power and control over the other person, by distorting reality and forcing them to question their own judgment and intuition. Meaning in short: the gaslighter (abuser) makes the victim think that something maybe never happened or don't think it's "that bad" or "not a big of a deal" something a gaslighter might say is "oh but the war in Ukraine is worse" or literally anything where they completely ignore your feelings and your own needs as a human being If you're currently getting gaslighted by someone I'm so sorry try to not be around them as much as possible and remember you deserve to be treated like the person you are Hope this helped

In my experience this is how a narcissistic child or teen would act. In adults it's more of just only thinking about themselves, and making you feel worthless, gaslighting and being manipulative In children it's usually trying to one up others, with a feeling of your less important then I am or I've done better or gone through worse. Most of my dad's side is Narcissistic including my father so if this will help I hope you can recognize these signs in family or friends.

I don’t know the official name, but it’s like nar something I don’t really remember, but it’s like trying to one up somebody you can’t feel good about yourself until you know like you’re the best. You just have something there that just you wanna be the best so you’ll do anything anything Edit: I figured out what the word is it’s narcissism
