Your cafe should swap the takeaway cups and crockery around so your work can flow more! Also then the servers can set up the dine in saucers and spoons for you! (takeaway lids can stay by your milk though)

That’s a really good suggestion my friend! Since we are a newly opened cafe we are trying out the best ways possible to run the service smoothly, this will indeed help! In terms of service, we do get help from them setting up source and spoon time to time!!

These videos are satisfying to watch😉😉 ,but I think that you have to put more grams of coffee ,because normally left coffee after extraction shouldn’t be wet that much to still be left in the machine when you remove the handle. Try putting 19 or 19.5 grams.👍😁 Or do the other way around ,by reducing the water time. I don’t use big coffee machines like that ,so excuse my wrong info if it was so🙂😇
