[POV] CITROEN ZX 92' - Highway Top Speed Attempt - Engine Almost Blown

3 жыл бұрынTesting this little 1.4 75 hp. NA engine for heavy acceleration on highway and it almost hit the red zone on water temp gauge. I am happy I managed to see it and not burn the engine on the highway and walk for some miles :D.
However enjoy this old cheap car acceleration and drive.

96 zx Monte Carlo s 184kmh top speed all factory on the straight measured by GPS... only coolant,oil and gas and that's all... still my daily drive

I hope it doesn't have a head gasket issue because of the way it over heat so fast

It can be yeah but it is a problem if you fix it if not care about it no problem

@@themorronshacks i mean if you don't SEE the problem, there is no problem ( you and i cannot see the head basket when the motor is in the engine bay 👀) just remember to verify the coolant level for some extra miles of good service from one of our best french luxurious sport car ( xD )

my zx from 1997 with 75cv 1.4i goes up to 190km... never get heated ...

1.4 i tu type, 75hp gives up to 175km/h top speed...

@@w7class no, i did that like 3 or 4 years ago. Atm i would not try with that car, it was other times. Remember that this car is 945kg

@w7class if you changed the stock filter to a cone it pulls in a lot more air. My 1.6 306 didn't go faster than 180, once i added a cone it flew like a rocket, topped out at 210

Top speed is 170. If you have technical problems the driver is on blame, but not the car. I have ZX. It may go on speed 150-(185 when you going downhill) until the tank is empty. It is about 660-680 km. All the systems are working.

mine can go 185 for top speed, going down hill 190 and push more will lose control. but i think you did study about this car right? xD

your car is the lowest powered ZX 75 hp the highest one is 167 hp
