what is the meaning of the POV if there is no door close-open sound, no start sound or moment and the drive part is set to 2x. we are not there to watch a person opening and closing the sunroof entering the car (direct jump cut entry)... Nothing to Avik bro, harsh message only for the person who drove and edited

around 2000s there were many chinese brands in our market, many bought cars from them. none can be seen in the roads currently. Even government bought cars made by Chinese and Korean manufacturers but dont see them currently in the roads. will this will happen again with these current offerings? who knows. These brands only have workshop in mainly in Dhaka never heard them spreading their operation outside of major cities. Whos going to buy them if they face trouble when they go for a long journey? to solve this issue brands have to invest alot but these local distributors wont do that. People from other workshops needs training to fix this cars, parts availability issue etc ultimately if they dont invest these car brands wont do good in the long run

The Chinese and Korean cars may look good and have certainly come a long way, but in terms of quality; they are worlds apart when compared to Japanese manufacturers. The Japanese take the issue of quality control and customer service very seriously unlike that of Koreans and Chinese. Also, it is very hard to find spare parts for Korean cars here in BD.

@@Zartan1357 That's what I said. If I buy a car which can only be fixed in their Dhaka workshop than what's the point of buy this? car can face trouble anywhere any time. How Toyota became popular in Bangladesh? because their government invested for its interests here. before liberation European and US cars were popular in Bangladesh. How that changed? Toyota did free workshops with the technicians to adopt the Japanese cars. gave them free training. Made the parts available to market. Now we have lots of importers but in parts situation was not same like now. If Korean and Chinese wants to do well in Bangladesh their government needs to step in and push for it.

@@TChowdhury00 The thing is, Toyota has an excellent global supply chain. That is what gives them an edge over other manufacturers, be it in BD or even the US. And last but not least, they are relatively easy to work on from a mechanic's view. There are companies in BD that claim to build Hyundais (Fair Group) and Bangla Car, PHP and even Progati, but these are only limited to just putting all the imported parts together. They still fail to establish a decent supply chain in BD along with training which are vital for mass adoption. Also, given our ridiculous vehicle tax structure, I do not think many middle class families will go after those cars given their engine options.
