I believe item builds for every hero are situational. It is important to build the right item for effiency, especially for a hero like Hylos. Thunder Belt, Clock of Destiny and Dominance Ice are the core items for Hylos. With these new updated items, Hylos is far superior than previous seasons!
Hylos Builds (Season 33)
1. Warrior boots/toughness (depending on enemy majority damage type and cc effects)(Roam - Encourage, Jungle - Ice)
2. Thunder Belt
3. Clock of Destiny
4. Dominance Ice (3&4 Interchangeable if enemy has high healing and sustainability, go for dominance ice first)
5. Radiant/Athena/Antique Cuirass/Guardian Helmet (Against True Damage)
6. Guardian Helmet or Situational Item such as Blade Armor (Against Crit), Twilight Armor (Against Burst)
7. Athena Shield (Against Burst Magic), Radiant (Against Poke Magic)
8. Immortal (For item switch)
To understand the builds better, one must also understand every heroes nature of damage. (Physical/Magical/True/Crit/Hp%)
These builds are also not fixed and are subjected to changes as every matchup is unique.

Glad youre back with hylos again bro! I was grinding hylos and had 6.5k mmr last season. Now it seems hylos is much stronger than before but i dont see any content creators playing hylos as their main i'll be definetly coming back here to watch more gameplay keep up 🎉

same as mine, but i prefer warrior boots for additional 20 physical defense if stacked. and it also adds additional damage to thunderbelt's passive.

You’re back! Have been waiting for your videos as I picked up hylos because of you haha. A few questions though: Is it better to rush elegant gem if our team is behind in gold? I find thunderbelt to be quite hard to stack up when the team is behind 😅 Also, for the emblems, is bargain hunter better than other ones like wilderness blessing or tenacity for hylos? Lastly, do you think that revitalize is strictly better as a battle spell for hylos compared to vengeance, or do you pick either one according to the situation? Nice video and welcome back!

Thank you! Thunder Belt should always be the first core item you buy and during that early in the game, it is highly unlikely your team is falling behind. This is also one of the reasons I use bargain hunter to get my items quicker as the earlier you get the thunder belt, the more cost efficient it would be. That aside, you can skip upgrading to warrior/toughness boots to get thunder belt even quicker. Or skip upgrading the boots after you got thunder belt to purchase elegant gem. Example in order, Normal boots , thunder belt , elegant gem , upgraded boots. Or Normal boots , thunder belt, upgraded boots , elegant gem Moreover, during that early in the game, the elegant gem provides percentage base HP&MP recovery which is not exactly alot due to low maximum HP/MP you have right off the start. (Having playing tons of match of Hylos, I came to realize how squishy hylos is at level 1-3 even with revitalize, another % HP healing effect) The idea of buy thunder belt first is also not entirely wanting to stack earlier, but to provide additional survivability early-mid game and make that hp percentage healing more efficient as soon as possible. And lastly, yes I use only revitalize and I came to a conclusion that it is better than vengeance even against enemy like Claude as it provides just so much for the team.

I also want to point out revitalize is not only for the team it also helps hylos passive as hylos needs more hp to be able to cast skills when there is no mana left so revitalize is the way to go
