That bit about PMSing is so real, it’s legitimately awful because you really think something’s wrong, and you’re just trying to figure out what happened, you think you’re depressed, you wonder if you need help, drives you mad. The same thing happens when you don’t sleep well, don’t eat well, don’t exercise etc. and it’s like trying to find your way out of a maze of mirrors.

This video spoke so much from my soul! I went through the same phase 4 weeks ago and have tidied up all areas of my life. Minimalism is so liberating! It was the first time I realised how much all this unused stuff was weighing me down. It even went so far that I almost procrastinated myself to death 😂. I was constantly tired, exhausted, unmotivated and worst of all: I didn't have the energy for my art. And now it's all blown away and I'm more productive than ever. I've resolved to go through my things every 6 months and sort them out. Thank you for your comfy vlogs 😘💚

Hi hun, thank you for posting your journey, you have really opened my eyes as to why my small business failed. There is a lot of information out there, that no matter how much I looked for it, it's hard to determine what is "good" for your business, and what is a waste of time. honestly when it comes to watering plants having a hygrometer is a muuuust :) helps you water it at the right time and avoid root rot or underwatering unlike apps! Even if you input the conditions your plant is in having the hygrometer measure the soil's humidity level is way better, you just have to check hygrometer levels for each plant and note it, and check every few day routinely :)

It’s honestly always so shocking to me when I realize I’m falling apart because I’m hormonal. I absolutely LOST IT on this rude guy at a Vegas gas station the other day, and then cried for 15 minutes afterwards because I felt like an idiot (and almost got my husband beat up for no reason). I knew I was hormonal but it’s so hard to give yourself space and honour your feelings in those moments.

Absolute yes on the pms topic. At first tracking just the period was good but now since I know that I started scheduling pms weeks where I give a little warning to myself, and do tasks that are simple for me during those days. Hey Tammy! I adore your videos. I was making polymer clay things for a bit and your channel really inspired me while I did it. I’m moving to the attic, so my aunt, who is disabled, can have the bedroom on the main floor. She’s been staying in our living room. OMW! It's been raining all day in Phuket and so I started to clean my condo since I decided to stay in and order in. In the evening, I came across this video and thought how funny that you did the same on that snowy day.
