Actually only 4 characters of an entire dbz roster get reworked while 7/7 dbz character, except the 4 ones, get "refreshed", according to the what Snake said ☝️🤓

Yeah but really look at the bigger picture. Look at who he is fighting. A PROFICIENT tier player using a very weak low tier with an incredibly high still ceiling and skill floor. You do realize how pedantic it would be to credit a grandmaster beating up what is essentially a blind 90 year old woman? 🙄 Plus mate. Would that combo truly have worked on any A tier or S tier?(especially if they know what they are doing) Nope.
