Realistic,down to earth analysis

That’s why we are getting into scrapes & scraps , yes we pull away in the final 30 mins however if you play with fire enough times eventually you will get burnt. Only training for 90 minutes when we are a FT squad is not acceptable IMO. Can you imagine if we trained 90 minutes a day 4 days a week?
