Thank you for the video, it is very useful. I have a large table that when printed uses 3 pages, do you know of a way to consolidate to one page? In other words, i would like to split the page into 3 columns and have the table "wrap". Is this possible with css?

This is really helpful, but how do you get the headers to show on all pages when the list spans multiple pages?

Hi Jonathon, if i set the trigger for the flow to "when a new item is created" for a sharepoint list, then i need to assign a new/different name for the PDF every time the flow runs. How can i make the name of the pdf to be created dynamic, e.g. use the ID of the new record and put it in the pdf name? Thanks a lot.

How to get the output of pdf in landscape format

Excellent user guide. You didn't, however, explain where you got "TravelStartDate" from. I'm assuming it was a bespoke view you created in SharePoint? The major issue I have with the PDF conversion is that it cannot be formatted in landscape. This limits the output to very few columns. On the other hand, I find the HTML file a lot more pragmatic from a user point of view since it is more responsive and shrinks text size while at the same time expanding the page view to include all the selected data. The limitation I have is it would be nice to have dynamic filters, to filter by a particular column for example.

The TravelStartDate is a column on the SharePoint list that the data is coming from

Is there a way to trigger this flow from sharepoint. I want users to do this not me 😂

You could set up a scheduled trigger to run once a week or any other variance and have the pdf automatically generated on that time-frame if needed!
