I'm making a similar module, with 4 cells. Can you give me a tip on how to balance the batteries? They are the same model, I charged them all to 4.17v

The combined resistance between the steel leaf springs and the wiring used on most alligator clips is going to be a problem. At the very least use your own 18AWG or 16AWG silicone wire and solder the ends to the powerbank module. Alligator clips are for testing and prototypes on the bench. You do not want those alligator clips just hanging about when you have cells in the holder. I'm really against steel springs but honestly the kits with the springs in the powerbank would be safer than this.

Dear this is not used a permanent power bank, its only experimental. You are seeing in this video only for people info. We know that for which AWG for permanent solution. But appreciate your focus.

No, you can connect 5v Input through type-C & MHL for charging cells and get output with normal USB ports 2.4A & 3.0A for other device's charging.

May be ur Iphone battery is weak or ur power bank cells are also weak. Both are possibilities. Otherwise module doesn't have this kind of act.

Its depends on your battery capacity which you are using means 1A, 2A or 2.8A cells.

Ap k pas 6 cells hain lakin ye module per ap max 8 cells tak laga skty hain heatup to module hoga jab 6 ya 8 cells ko 2.4A per ye charge kary ga. Lakin heatup hony se kuch ni hota.. module acha hy.. lakin ap meri aik or video dekhain jis me mene 5 cells wala battery bank bi dekhaya hy us module per max 5 cells laga skty hain usy mene bohat use keya hy kamal k module hy wo..
