For the scenario 2 and 3, Can you please tell....What if they wanted the result to be dynamic, means if they changes the order of the columns in the visual, the measure should automatically return the first non blank value without changing the measure again and again, is this possible ?

Thank you for your question. .The interviewer is interested in getting the list of those countries which are present in the 1st table (or left table ) but not in the second one .Hence you need to exclude the intersection part also.Hence both germany and france should not be a part of the answer .Hope this helps !
