It wasn’t shot like it was gonna be the last season they filmed this a year ago and wasn’t told it’s was being cancelled until later on and no they didn’t go back and reshoot anything bc that would mean the writers would have to rewrite and that was during the writers strike as well so the way it’s ends as if another season could have happened.

That would be a more impactful loss that brings Tariq and the Tejadas together in Ep. 7 to "avenge what they have lost" which means they both lost something. What could they have both lost? just saying.

I don’t agree that the first half sucked… What sucks is how LionGate abruptly pulled the plug on the show. Knowing that this was the last season I think the bar was raised too high… Then with synopsis of episodes 1-9 being leaked before the season began; that’s taken away the element of surprise. Between the synopsis & multiple scenes of the upcoming episode being leaked during the week; it almost feels like you’re watching a re-run (where you know what’s going to happen) instead of watching a brand new episode.
