One of the best videos out there on power brake boosters. It would be great to see a video on pedal set up inside the cabin and how that works with the bracket

This is a great video! I wish I would've seen this when I ordered my parts. That master cylinder plug would've come in handy!!

Thank you for the excellent video. I am considering a brake booster for my 1964 Ford f250 with manual brakes.

Question 94' Chevy k1500 has a big power break booster with abs. Told the vacuum to work this booster being so large that I could upgrade to smaller booster giving engine better performance less strain. Is this true. And world you suggest

Which size brake booster would you recommend for a 1968 El camino with Disk brakes all around?

We would recommend an 11" booster, which is what would have also come factory whether it would have had disc brakes or drum brakes.

Hello. Sorry to disturb you With my question. What problem (danger) could it cause if the push rod is touching(too close) the master cylinder.?
@toddmcclure78026 жыл бұрын
Hello and sorry for the late response! If the pushrod that comes out of the brake booster that actuates the piston of the master cylinder is too long, pressure can be applied to the brakes even when you are not pushing the brake pedal at all. Often, this will result in the brakes slowly heating up and eventually locking as you drive. When this happens, drivers often have to either wait for the brakes to cool to drive again or crack a bleeder to relieve the pressure. Thanks for watching! Todd 614-557-3442

1959 chev impala I have an 8 inch duel diaphragm , 350 with big cam , do you think the 10 inch single diaphragm would be better?

Unfortunately you probably can't fit that in that car. How much vacuum does your motor create in idle? More vacuum and a larger booster is always better though.
