They are using MarketDelta. You can also use Sierra Charts, Investor R/T and Ninja Trader. I use Sierra Chart personally.

Based on cash players wouldnt the IB be the time frame outside the cash market which in the US is 9:30 to 4:02pm? I am confused as 11pm GMT is 7pm EST and 2:30 pm GMT is 10:30 AM EST. Could you please clarify

Brannigan ... pls take some seconds to clarify this subject about market hours ... I think that when you talk about cash market hours you are using british time (hours of day) ... thx

I have never heard of IB being anything other than the first hour of the cash session. The total opposite of what Brannigan is saying here.

Eurex products its the hour before the cash session 0700-0800 UK time and S+P 1430-1530 which is the first hour of cash session

@@AxiaFutures Right, see you are confirming my confusion. Bran is saying it's a time when the big money is absent. You are saying it's a time ( at least in the E-Mini) when big money is guaranteed to be there.

@@wntu4 many of our traders use the IB as we explained above. There are also traders who adapt the IB according to how they like to map the market according to their skill set. Most important part is to ensure whatever you use, you remain consistent in this application.
