(3) Dharma provides you the mental stability so that you can seek the Truth and Win in Life. *Summary of the Session*- (1) *Telling Truth has its own repercussions* Most of the time, Truth is harsh and it's like an attack. If the truth is triggering pain, it is verbal attack. Very few have this courage to tell because they will surely face counter-attack. So, It is more imp. to know and understand the truth than to tell it. Now you are in the side of truth but refrain from telling it. Act tactfully/skillfully observing the truth (2) *Problems of living a life in a lie* Falsity has no end. Thus our mind becomes restless & we get entangled in it.
