@jeremyjackson-gh7nq well if you don’t mind head canon I think he was either damaged while helping several humans including Bulk return to the Earth by way of the Astro mega ship. Or deactivated by a time traveling Sentinel knight for sole purpose of fixing the grid when the time came.I mean if he could pull Trip from the future of a possible timeline than the reverse wouldn’t be impossible. Logically of course without disrupting the timeline he just turned him off for future use.

As far as how Alpha 3 and 4 could monitor Alpha 5. What if all Alphas (5 and up) automatically send files to a server for backup purpose, so if they blow up, the next unit will have the memory backup of the previous Alpha, Alpha isn't seen with a Ethernet cord connecting him to a console, so what if he connects to the server wirelessly, and what if he sends the data packets through the morphing grid, that way he can be anywhere in the universe and still backup his data. It would be useful. But that's the flaw. Alpha 3 and 4 use this connection and tap it, so when data packets are sent to the server for backup, they get a copy as well, but anyone watching Alpha 5 or the server would not know, and if they do it right, outside observers of the grid won't see anything either (they have had thousands of years to perfect it), while watching Alpha 5 and his predecessors, they would learn everything. The status of Zordon, the Rangers, Rita, etc. All without leaving "madeupname" and they could have equipment keeping them in tip top shape. Heck, They might have new units to replace them named Bravo 1 and Bravo 2... 🤭 Because of that, even if Alpha 8 told Billy everything he knew, he didn't know about the trojan horse, when Billy saw how the backup system worked, he wouldn't know someone else is using it to monitor Alpha 8. So Billy would have no way to know anything he did while helping make 9, 10, and 11 actually helped Zedd.

in dino fury a villain showed up and explained he has the power to revive anyone from anywhere in time, so he revived zedd back when he was in his prime and put a collar on zedd to control him but the collar was destroyed and zedd was free to do whatever he wanted to do once again.

And I know that Billy is extremely smart and in my opinion is one of the smartest characters to ever be in power Rangers history and it's true that Billy has built+ created several things. But there has not been anything said or proven that Billy did somehow build Alpha 9 that's in the once and always reunion.

Alpha 5 was most likely destroyed when zordon was captured. Alpha 6 is on miranoi.

@@itzjustmerichb Eh Wrong on alpha 6 in the 15th anniversary. He somehow returned from Miranoi & ended up in a warehouse. Adam & the veteran rangers went to get him. They said he was indeed alpha 6. They needed himt o fix the damage to the morphing grid. After he did that he was recruited by Adam to come work for him at his dojo.. That is what happened to alpha 6. They never explained how he got back. But remember both He & Bulk came back from Miranoi. Perhaps the galaxy rangers brought them back during lightspeed rescue. teamup.
