Amps will decrease. But total Watt is same, so no change in electricity bill.... Power Factor will increase and Amps will decrease,

It can't reduce your bill. Because There is a capacitor in this device whic will increase your power factor. As a result Amphere will reduce accordingly hence no change in Wattage. But it'll help to protect your electronic device and wires from over load. Hence its useful
