Btw if the code card has a black outline and the inside has green and white then it’s most likely that it has a holo hit

Just depends on the booster box the pack came from some slightly under 21 have holos and then some right at 21 are light for a 100 % guarantee 21.5

Don’t sleep on those Holo cards from evolutions, mark my words they’re the next big thing. Super low pop in psa 10 and with the increase in grading prices many will not get graded keeping the pop low. Most go for hundreds already lol

Psa isn't really accepting submissions so that's likely why

@@hellocollegejason198 evolutions is from 2016, the set is just tough to grade for holos. Over 15,000 charizards sent to psa only 297 graded as a 10! :)

On your ninja star video you hold it by the point you folded it a little too high so you need to hold it a bit lower so yeah so you need to hold it down and if you fling it if you released too high it could go flying and bouncing everywhere
