This video explains the simple method to extract users from Person or Group field in Power Automate using Parse JSON.
This video also explains the possible scenario where approver or notification users are maintained in SharePoint List and Flow should extract & parse email address to send notification or action emails.

Thank you very much! One important question which can help me a lot- I have Person column where I have enable group entry as well, I need to dynamically get the members from this DL and send them the trigger. The DL, as I mentioned, is dynamic, it can be anything depending on respective teams.
