A good powered sound can be more expensive than a conventional sound. All powered speakers are not active so having those external processors would be useful in that scenario.

Ah yes. This is what sound in the pro audio should sound like. The response is linear and insanely clean. Normal you can achieve this with a auto eq and get a flat response from 30-20khz. Traditional folks dont do that and go with there ears. I respect all sound system owners. Quality must come before quantity .

Big up Acid and Desperado, i like the showcase of powered sound like what i building currently. Acid i like how you point out and emphasize that plug in wall won't work. A power sound requires the right boxes , with power assignments , distribution setup with processors and condensers. To have a quality sound the setup has to be right. Acid like how the channel a move. Blessings.

Nice machine, I would ask the same question. With a digital board and powered boxes , why Richter Scale , 3bx, Aural Exciter ? To me that defeats the purpose. Driverack with JBL boxes already have what you need , factory programming, it's the same company . Just asking, not knocking anyone. Big up Acid.
